By accessing our platform, submitting a service request, or completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity.
Amenek Tech, LLC provides enterprise infrastructure, software development, POS systems, network cabling, automated placement solutions, and technical advisory services. Service requests submitted through our platform initiate a pending verification and onboarding workflow. Final service execution is subject to payment fulfillment and resource allocation.
All fees, pricing tiers, setup costs, and recurring billing terms are outlined during the service request process. Payments are processed securely via our designated third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe). Unpaid invoices or failed verification checks may result in the suspension or cancellation of scheduled onboarding and deployment services.
All source code, platform designs, architectural frameworks, system templates, and proprietary methodologies provided or utilized by Amenek Tech, LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Clients agree not to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or unlawfully distribute proprietary portal structures or confidential technical data.
Amenek Tech, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, third-party infrastructure failures (including cloud hosting or payment processors), or unauthorized telemetry access beyond our reasonable direct control.
